Determination of limit concentration in homogeneous mixtures
Visco-plastic properties arise at threshold of concentrations (limit); limit concentration is important characteristic of soil-water mixture; when s is less than s (limit), mixture behaves as 2-phase system; when s is greater, molecular attraction takes place, system becomes homogeneous, shows rigidity, and apparent viscosity increases rapidly with s and varies with velocity of flow; these rheologic properties were verified on 3 types of clay; results are tabulated.
