Present frequency and time calibra tion facilities and methods and techniques are discussed, along with some of future plans in this area; included is description of present U S Bureau of Standards VLF, LF, and HF standard broadcasts and some discussion of results obtained; data are presented on various measurements made in highly stable quartz oscillators.
