Specification gives requirements for asbestos cement pipes and fittings suitable for use with gravity flow, at atmospheric pressure; 3 classes of crushing strength are provided for; composition is to be mixture of portland cement and clean asbestos fiber, with or without siliceous filler, and mixture shall be free from any other loading and organic fibers; finished pipes shall be capable of being easily cut or drilled.
