New system of construction requires only 3 construction crews to build 9 pipe line skid-mounted compressor stations; stations are built in sequence based on arrival dates of skid-mounted compressor from manufacturer; job schedule is same at each station which permits one construction crew to build several stations; prefabricating as much of station and its components as possible reduces amount of field work.
