Erection of four-span deck plate-girder structure carried on two abutments and three piers; river spans are 93 1/2 ft. each and land spans 43 1/2 ft. each, all comprising four lines of plate girders carrying concrete deck, 86 ft. wide, with provision for 64 ft. pavement of sheet asphalt, two 10-ft. wide walks and parapets of concrete post and cap design.
