Hydroelectric power stations of River Lira in Middle Italy
Structures include gravity dam in Porteflume which forms water reservoir of 0.58 sq. mi.; station in Ceprano is fed by two water reservoirs connected by canal; dam in valley of Liri is of gravity type; reinforced-concrete dam in Rio Cancello is 132.8 ft. long and 72.2 ft. high; connecting canal is lined with reinforced concrete.
