Building 131 ft. 4 in. long and 62 ft. 4 in. broad, and consists of ground, first, second and third floors; good example of reinforced-concrete framed industrial structure, all floors, beams, columns, foundations and panel walls at side and back being built of reinforced concrete poured in situ; foundations had to be very strong; concrete was mixed by hand, hoisted to floor under construction in barrow-loads and wheeled to required position.
