Observations made on air in room of 1300 cu. ft. capacity slept in each night by 3 young men; dust, humidity, CO impurity, etc., examined; chimney flue greatly increased interchange of air; stoppage of flue produced bad results; English practice of closed windows partly balanced by flue ventilation.
