Erected for Jockey Club at racecourse Hypodrome Brazileria: special feature of construction is absence of columns under front part of roofs which are designed as cantilevers from rear portion of buildings; overhang for Tribuna dos Socios is 73 ft. 6 in.; this stand is 160 ft. in length and accommodates 1200 spectators; steps of stand are rather wide, viz., 2 ft. 9 in.
