Long ladder and large buckets give dredge-digging capacity of 300 tons per hour; overall length of hull is 159 ft.; overall width 33 ft.; hull has center well to accommodate 91-ft. digging ladder; dredge draws 3.89 ft. when fuel bunkers are half full, and in this shape weighs 858,339 lb.; complete electrification of dredge machinery makes it possible for one operator to control everything from cabin, which is located on deck house.
