Function of pozzuolanic materials in mortar mixtures is outlined; compressive and tensile strengths for curing periods up to one year are given, and it is pointed out that values obtained for " combined" storage are distinctly less than those for water storage; mortar, of composition described, is being used in construction of large dam.
