Two modern highway structures solve problem of handling heavy motor traffic year around; constructed throughout of creosoted Southern pine lumber and piling, with exception of draw spans which are of fabricated steel; central bridge, with 18-ft. roadway and 4-ft. sidewalk; south bridge, 2120 ft. in length has 24-ft. roadway with 5-ft. sidewalk; piles; flooring.
