New reinforced-concrete structure; engineering details; four spans unequal in length, one of which is 361 ft. 6 in. and largest reinforced-concrete span in country; total length is 1405 ft.; roadway has width of 30 ft., which, with two footpaths, each 8 ft. wide, gives total width of 46 ft.; cost estimated at 160,000 pounds.
