Bridge is 423 ft. 6 in. in length from center to center of abutment caissons, comprising central span of 166 ft. center to center of river piers, and two shore spans; it is 80 ft. wide between parapets, giving two footpaths and 50-ft. roadway with two lines of street railways; crosses river on skew, making angle of 79 deg. 1 min. with abutments and river piers; foundations for each river pier consist of four circular concrete caissons each 20 ft. in external diameter, spaced at 28 ft. and 26 ft. center to center.
