Feature of new $20-million Denver-Hilton Hotel is grillwork of precast concrete exterior walls; hotel is 20 stories high, rises 250 ft above street level, and extends 60 ft into ground; concrete for "skin" was designed with minimum compressive strength of 5500 psi at 28 days; completed sections were etched with acid in order to expose gravel aggregate.
