1:68 scale model, equipped with wave-generating and wave height measuring devices, was used to determine whether proposed breakwater system would protect enclosed mooring basin from storm waves; tests showed that arrowhead-type breakwater system would provide adequate protection in mooring basin, but would reduce wave heights only moderately in entrance channel.
