Airport at Chantilly, Va, will have parallel north-south runways 11, 500 ft long and northwest-southeast runway 10,000 ft long, centered on terminal area; concrete is batched, mixed and handled from central plant equipped with three 10 cu yd mixers; paving train is able to place and finish 500 cu yd of concrete per hr; newly opened quarry three miles southwest of batching plant supplies base-course material and aggregates.
