Analysis of curved grillage girder bridge with skewed supports
Formulas derived are applied to three span continuous grillage girder bridge with two curved main girders; experiment was made on plastic model; by comparing experimental and calculated results, it was verified that formulas for curved box girder bridge and equations for curved grillage girder bridge with skewed supports are rational; analysis is based on assumptions that cross beams have straight member axes and are rigidly connected with main girder.
