Store building of 17,000 sq m has basement beneath; foundation is on rock; roof is supported by beams resting on 13 m high precast columns; assembly was made prior to laying of lower floor which was compacted by means of vacuum method; hall for tapping beverages comprises 9.100 sq m and is also provided with basement; roof rests on arched girders with span of 48 m; multistory building has area section of 6.700 sq m.
