Calculation of composite beams under working conditions on grounds of new findings on viscoelastic behavior of concrete; by substituting realistic relations of concrete's deformation for Dischinger's differential equations, and by introducing relaxation coefficient for decrease in creep due to concrete's aging, temporal behavior of composite structure can be conveniently determined; stresses and deformations obtained by solving corresponding linear equations are smaller than those calculated by Dischinger's theory.
