New facility for Super liners; 720-ft caisson wall consists of 14 caissons each 50 ft long surmounted by reinforced concrete sea wall 7 ft high; footings for structural steelwork of superstructure of terminal are at 25 ft centers in each of three rows 625 ft long; behind 40-ft apron of new terminal, superstructure extends 625 ft in north-south direction with width of 111 ft; construction work and terminal facilities are described.
