Investigations on slurry drier or calcinator
By addition of calcinator, Chinnor Portland Cement and Lime Co, Chinnor, England, increased clinker output to 7 tons per hr and standard coal consumption fell to 22.2%; account of manner in which heat is transmitted from hot gases to material in calcinator and part played by iron bodies with which calcinator is charged.
