Eight-lane 20×50 m Olympic pool with 10-m diving tower and four underwater observation windows is housed in reinforced concrete building glazed on three sides; sloping roof forms 4500-seat stand for 8-lane 21×50×1.8 m deep outdoor pool and 21×33×4.5 m deep diving pool with 10 m diving tower; indoor pool has 800-seat stand; 600 lockers and changing facilities for 2600 persons, and one gymnasium are provided; five open filters, 45 sq m each, give 8 hr turnover of 1000 to 1500 cu m/hr; water is maintained at 25 C.
