Review of Ohio and California Acts for submittal of surveys of condominiums with condominium ownership differing from cooperative ownership in that unit owner holds undivided interest with owners of other units in common areas and facilities serving project and each unit owner acquires fee title to his unit; such surveys are challenge to practicing surveyor to develop workable survey procedure to conform to existing statutes and also clearly to define various volumes of space of each unit and its common areas and facilities, all related to land on which it is built and its title.
