Some comments on the microstructure of hardened cement pastes
AbstractThe effect of water/cement ratio of hardened cement pastes in the range 0.23 to 0.71 on the micropore structure as revealed by mercury intrusion and nitrogen adsorption porosimetry is discussed. The relationship between these micropores and the solid minerals as revealed by electron microscopy is also discussed.
