Gaseous standards: Tritium gas flow
A new gaseous standard of low level activity is presented. Tritium is diluted in nitrogen; this mixture is compressed in a metal container of 6 dm3 under a 100 bars pressure. In this way, a calibrated flow of radioactive gas may be created in order to check detectors of atmospheric contamination.
