South African wind loading specifications: The Euro way?
AbstractThis paper is a review of the development process of a new set of wind loading stipulations to be included in the proposed South African design standard for buildings and structures. A summary of activities that have taken place within the past 5–6 years is given, and the feasibility and implications of adopting the proposed EN 1991-1-4.6 are considered.
