A reliability study of wind tunnel results for cladding pressures
AbstractLoad Factors or Safety Factors applicable to wind tunnel results of cladding pressures are presented. These incorporate the effect of method of analysis, the digitisation process and a number of sampling parameters. The sampling parameters investigated were the sample length, the sampling frequency and the low-pass filtering frequency. In the process of assessing the effect of these parameters, a number of methods of analysis were compared in terms of their sensitivity to the sampling parameters and the digitisation process.
