An ordinal ranking model for the highway corridor selection problem
Abstract This paper examines the problem of corridor selection in highway design and routing. We present a model which is designed specifically to deal with ordinal information pertaining to the relative desirability of various potential corridors. A technique for combining ordinal rankings into a consensus is given. An approach to the problem of determining criteria weights is suggested.
