Microdetermination of orthophosphate using the ring oven technique
Abstract A rapid and highly selective method for the microdetermination of orthophosphate using orthodianisidine molybdate reagent and the ring oven technique is presented. As little as 0.1 μg of orthophosphate can be determined with reasonable accuracy. Very little interference is involved. Only Zr4+, A13+ and Th4+ have been found to interfere when present in 100-fold excess. The method is of special interest for air pollution studies.
