Jute stick lignin-based adhesives for particle boards
AbstractSoda lignin isolated from spent soda liquor of jute stick pulp was used for the preparation of lignin phenol formaldehyde resins. The adhesives were used to prepare jute stick particle boards. It was observed that phenol in phenol formaldehyde resin could be replaced up to a maximum of 50% by jute stick soda lignin.
