Isomerization of isobutyraldehyde to methyl-ethyl-ketone
Abstract 1. A study was made of the transformation of isobutyraldehyde in the presence of an aluminosilicate catalyst containing zeolite in steam. 2. It was shown that isobutyraldehyde is isomerized to methyl ethyl ketone in the presence of a catalyst treated with dry air at 600°.
