Appropriate workplace strategies in Hong Kong
This paper first reviews the drivers to adopt alternative workplace strategies in offices with an emphasis on the need to integrate IT. A case study reviews the problems of converting an existing cellular office plan into an open-plan layout with raised floor. Finally, the results of an employee satisfaction survey conducted after the office redesign are presented.
