The Learning Building Group, which was set up in 1991, has developed a new approach to viewing building needs. Describes the concept of intelligent buildings and outlines the requirements when designing buildings: to consider the customer′s needs and match the building accordingly, bearing in mind four factors – people, environment, technology and possible change.
