Beschlag (4), welcher als Möbelbeschlag oder Baubeschlag ausgebildet ist, umfassend: − wenigstens zwei relativ zueinander bewegbare Beschlagteile (5, 6), − wenigstens eine Dämpfvorrichtung (9) zur Dämpfung einer Relativbewegung der beiden Beschlagteile (5, 6) zueinander, wobei die Dämpfvorrichtung (9) an und/oder in einem der beiden Beschlagteile (5, 6) gelagert ist, und wobei die Dämpfvorrichtung (9) wenigstens ein Dämpfergehäuse (9a), wenigstens einen im Dämpfergehäuse (9a) verschiebbaren Kolben (15) und eine mit dem Kolben (15) verbundene Kolbenstange (9b) aufweist, − wenigstens einen Aktuator (10a, 10a), mit welchem die Kolbenstange (9b) der Dämpfvorrichtung (9) bei einer Ausführung eines Dämpfungshubes in das Dämpfergehäuse (9a) bewegbar ist, wobei wenigstens eine Feststellvorrichtung (11) zur Begrenzung oder zur Deaktivierung einer Dämpfleistung der Dämpfvorrichtung (9) vorgesehen ist, mit welcher der wenigstens eine Aktuator (10, 10a) relativ zu dem Beschlagteil (5, 6) feststellbar ist, an und/oder in welchem die Dämpfvorrichtung (9) gelagert ist.
Proposed is a fitting (4) designed as a furniture fitting or building fitting, comprising: - at least two fitting parts (5, 6) which are movable relative to one another, - at least one damping device (9) for damping a relative movement of the two fitting parts (5, 6) with respect to one another, the damping device (9) being mounted on and/or in one of the two fitting parts (5, 6), and the damping device (9) having at least one damper housing (9a), at least one piston (15) which is movable in the damper housing (9a), and a piston rod (9b) which is connected to the piston (15), - at least one actuator (10, 10a) by means of which the piston rod (9b) of the damping device (9) is movable into the damper housing (9a) when a damping stroke is performed, - at least one immobilizing device (11) for limiting or deactivating a damping capability of the damping device (9), by means of which immobilizing device the at least one actuator (10, 10a) can be immobilized relative to the fitting part (5, 6) on and/or in which the damping device (9) is mounted, - at least one of the two fitting parts (5, 6) having a hinge cup (6a), - the damper housing (9a) being arranged on an outer side of the hinge cup (6a) and, in an installed position, under a fastening flange (13) of the hinge cup (6a), and the actuator (10, 10a) being mounted linearly movably on the hinge cup (6a).
