Door opening/closing system and catch therefor
Disclosed is a door opening/closing system that can put a catch and a retractable arm into a return state, in which said catch and retractable arm are engaged, even if the retractable arm is completely closed as a result of incorrect usage, such as a prank. The catch comprises: a catch base (11) mounted to the door or frame; and a catch shaft (12) that is installed in the catch base (11) so as to be able to slide in the axis direction and that engages with the retractable arm (4). A step section (55a) having a smaller diameter is provided on the end of the catch shaft (12). If the retractable arm (4) rotates further in the closing direction than the point at which the retractable arm (4) engages with the main section (55b) of the catch shaft (12), the retractable arm (4) engages with the step section (55a) of the catch shaft (12).
