The present invention relates to a waterless urinal, wherein a urine guide rod of a urine guide member is coupled to a discharge guide surface of a discharge guide member so as to allow the discharge guide surface to rapidly open up by the urine moving through the urine guide member, thereby increasing the drain velocity of urine, and thus sludge, scale, and a urinary calculus formed by urinary protein are not generated so as to allow the function of the discharge guide surface to be maintained.
