The present invention positions an operator unit in a cabin installed on a swiveling body, positions a motor unit beneath and to the rear of the operator unit, has one section of the motor unit projecting to the rear from the bottom of the rear wall of the cabin, covers the one section of the projecting motor unit with a hood that can be opened and closed, and equips the bottom section of the rear wall of the cabin with an A/C-capacitor-etc.-housing unit for housing an A/C capacitor and a receiver dryer. By doing so, the present invention makes it possible to reduce the size of the hood, and reduce the swivel radius of the swiveling body.
