The invention relates to a device comprising at least one main rotor (1), a cylinder body (2) through which the main rotor (1) passes, a rotor supplement (4), a transmission cam (8), a lock cam (14) with an inner face (14i) and an outer face (14e), and a nut (15), where the main rotor (1) connects to the rotor supplement (4) through the cylinder body (2), and the transmission cam (8) is arranged coaxially to the rotor supplement (4), and the lock cam (14), the transmission cam (8) transferring the rotation thereof to the lock cam (14) by means of a transmission bolt (11, 11').
