The present invention relates to improved one cord blinds and, more specifically, to improved one cord blinds which largely reduces the number of components of existing products and at the same time, enable precise raising work when compared to conventional blinds by compressing and releasing a stopper and a rotating unit through frictional force of a spring so as to enable a safe vertical operation of a screen.
