The invention is to a bolt design for inter locking and holding in of wear plates for the mining and earthmoving industry. This bolt can be installed and tightened by only having to tighten the nut up as the bolt is tapered on an angle that allows it to grip on the bottom of the hole walls in the plate. This allows the plate to wear down completely while holding the plate in position. 414' c 18 20 22--14 -14
