A gutter bracket adapted for supporting a gutter and also adapted for supporting a post of a safety barrier system relative to a building construction includes a carrier in which the gutter is receivable to be supported by the gutter bracket. A mounting formation is at one side of the carrier for fixing the gutter bracket to the building construction. A post support formation is at an opposite side of the carrier, wherein the post support formation is adapted to receive the post in a releasable manner.
