Abstract The present invention provides a washer plate (15) comprising a first end portion (17) and a second end portion (19). The second end portion (19) is movable relative to the first end portion 917) from a first bent position to a second flat position. The washer plate (15) also comprises a receiving means (21) for receiving a flexible material (13).
