Provided is a hot asphalt mixture for normal temperature installation, which is obtained by mixing aggregate, asphalt, a lubricative solidifying material and an alkaline additive, and which is characterized in that the lubricative solidifying material contains a fatty acid and a resin acid at a (fatty acid):(resin acid) weight ratio of from 99.5:0.5 to 80:20.
