A method for preparing a titanium nitride-titanium diboride-cubic boron nitride composite material, wherein a titanium powder and cubic boron nitride are used as raw materials, mixed by the planetary ball-milling method, and then subjected to the steps of wet mixing, drying, sieving, high-temperature vacuum furnace pre-sintering, cold isostatic molding, high-temperature sintering, etc., to prepare the titanium nitride-titanium diboride-cubic boron nitride composite. The method has simple operation, low costs, easily controlled process conditions, and achieves the uniform dispersion between each resulting phase by phase reaction, and can be used to obtain the titanium nitride-titanium diboride-cubic boron nitride ceramic matrix composite with a high density and high mechanical property.
