A door-lock stop device comprises a number lock assembly which is arranged between a housing and a bottom cover and a locking rod which is passing therethrough. The number lock assembly includes a plurality of number wheel sets, a wheel shaft, and a spring to limit or release the locking rod so that the locking rod is protruded or drawn back. It may prevent the door and window in high floor from opening over extent to result in dangers. It is not necessary to carry additional key(s) to prevent from forgetting and losing the key(s).
