Ratio design method for increasing anti-stretching strength of pavement cement concrete
A ratio design method for increasing anti-stretching strength of pavement cement concrete comprises the following steps: choosing crushed stones of 7.5 mm to 37.5 mm to perform trial preparation, determining a graduation by using a maximum volume-by-weight method, 5 obtaining a minimum tap porosity through measurement, and determining a coarse aggregate material graduation proportion; deciding unit cement sage and a water-cement ratio according to design strength; determining volumes of gap filling mortar and working mortar according to the tap porosity; and determining a primary ratio of cement concrete, and obtaining a design ratio according to the primary ratio in combination with a trial mixing experiment and a strength 0 experiment. The ratio design method is applicable to design of a heavy-load road surface, which saves cement and increases road-surface strength.
