Abstract The present invention provides a buoyancy system (11) for moving an object (12) in a body of water. The system (11) comprises at least one inflatable body (16) which, when inflated, increases the buoyancy of the object (12), and an inflation apparatus (19) to inflate the at least one inflatable body (16).
