A roller shaft structure of roller blind includes a rear cap as a shaft for adjusting the twisting extent of a restoring spring. A bead chain wheel and the rear cap and the restoring spring are respectively connected with two ends of the roller shaft. The rear cap includes a rotary disc connected with the restoring spring, a sleeve fitted with the roller shaft, a lug for mounting the roller shaft on a wall bracket and a locating pin. The rotary disc is rotatable to twist the restoring spring. The locating pin serves to locate the restoring spring in the twisted state. When the bead chain wheel is operated to roll up the roller blind sheet, the restoring spring is released to provide an assistant restoring force to save strength.
