The invention relates to an anchor device of a concrete wall form (1) having two opposite form elements (2, 3), which can be connected and locked to each other by means of an anchor rod (14) of the anchor device (13), which anchor rod has an external thread, characterized in that the anchor device (13) comprises an anchor nut unit (15), which can be fitted on the one form element (2) and fastened therein, an exchangeable sleeve (16), which is associated with the anchor nut unit (15) and can be fitted on the other form element (3) and fastened therein, and a longitudinal channel (47) for receiving the anchor rod (14) in a locking-free manner, the anchor rod (14) being able to be screwed onto the anchor nut unit (15) of the one form element (2) at one end and being lockable on the other form element (3) by means of a closing unit (54) at the other end while extending through the longitudinal channel (47) in the exchangeable sleeve (16), each form element (2, 3) having accommodating openings (11), in which the anchor nut unit (15) or the exchangeable sleeve (16) can be selectively fitted and fastened, the anchor nut unit (15) and the exchangeable sleeve (16) being able to be fastened onto the form elements (2, 3) or in the accommodating openings (11) of the form elements (2, 3) in each case by means of a quick fastening device (55).
